What we collect
The only place this site asks you for anything is the premiere waitlist form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name, email address, city and country.
- Your phone number, if you choose to give one — it is optional.
- Whether you ticked the box asking to be kept informed about release updates.
- The date and time you submitted the form.
What we use it for
To send you private premiere updates and, occasionally, selected production notes. We send sparingly. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
The legal basis for this is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time by asking us to remove you.
Where it is kept
Waitlist entries are stored in a spreadsheet held in the production’s Google account and accessible only to the production team. The site itself runs on Microsoft Azure, which processes each request in order to serve the page and receive the form.
What we don’t do
The public site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing to accept or decline.
To limit abuse of the form, the server keeps a short-lived count of submissions per visitor. That count is keyed on a salted, one-way hash of the visitor’s network address, held in memory for a few minutes and never written to storage — we cannot recover an address from it, and we do not try.
The trailer, and the Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook links at the foot of the page, take you to those services. Once there, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.
How long we keep it
Until premiere communications for the film have ended, or until you ask to be removed — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. You can withdraw your consent to updates at any time. Email us and we will act on it promptly.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect details from them. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we will remove the entry.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page will change with it and the effective date above will move. We will not apply a change retroactively to details you gave under an earlier version without asking you first.
